The coloring liquid with CrO3 and H2SO4.4H2O as the main components and adding an appropriate amount of MnSO4.4H2O is used to chemically color the stainless steel industrial tube. The pretreatment process, the temperature of the coloring liquid, the mass concentration and the coloring time are discussed for the color film of the stainless steel industrial tube. Impact. After a large number of experiments, the best coloring liquid formula and process range have been obtained. With the increase of temperature and the extension of time, the color change of the film thickness increases to brown, blue, golden yellow, purple red, and green. The colored film of the stainless steel industrial pipe is cured and sealed, the surface color is more uniform, the reproducibility is good, and the abrasion resistance and corrosion resistance are obviously improved.
